That foundation has shaped how I lead, create, and collaborate throughout my career. When I launched my own business at 18 and began my 15-year career with MAC Cosmetics, I learned that success is rooted in empathy—meeting people where they are, reading what they need, and elevating their experience. Working with clients during life’s biggest moments taught me how to connect authentically and communicate in ways that inspire trust and confidence.

When I transitioned into leadership and marketing in the SaaS industry, those same strengths—empathy, adaptability, and communication—became my greatest advantage. At Infusionsoft (now Thryv), I partnered with hundreds of small business owners eager to improve customer relationships but overwhelmed by technology. Helping non-technical users adopt complex tools showed me the power of simplifying the technical, creating clarity, and guiding people forward with confidence.

Since then, I have focused on guiding global go-to-market, customer lifecycle, and brand engagement strategies for SaaS and AI-driven organizations. My work centers on translating complexity into clear narratives, designing intuitive customer journeys, and building teams and programs that strengthen trust, retention, and advocacy.
